United States Postal Service at 255 Clemens Center Parkway, Elmira, New York.

Completely incompetent morons! We have lived in this area for 5 months now and this post office has lost 3 VERY important articles of mail already. I know this is government work but seriously these people are rude and lazy and honestly I think just dumb. We have had tracking number showing that our packages are there in the post office and they still cannot find them. One time they said "well I'm sure it's here, we will find it and have someone deliver it to your house." Then... NOTHINNG! For days! I finally went back in and after 45 minuets of searching they were able to find it. We have a package coming from Bath New York that was sent 5 days ago and it hasn't arrived. The woman wouldn't even look up the item with the tracing number I had because she said "well it takes a while from Bath." Load of crap! Useless! Incompetent! Complete and utter uneducated fools. Get better employees! Or better training!
