Coburn Elementary School at 216 Mount Zoar Street, Elmira, New York.

This School is a joke. The Principals could care less about the children's educations or mental healths. Instead of getting to know their students and being their guidance, they would rather ship them off to any program or send them home to not have to deal with discipline themselves .. They are bullies worse then some of the kids. My other two children will never attend this school. I feel bad my oldest has had to deal with them.
